SSL Encryption of Data
Timbuktoo takes every precaution to protect user information. Sensitive or personal information is
protected with 128 bit encryption encoding (SSL). While on a secure page, such as our order form,
the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet
Explorer becomes locked, indicating a secure page. All Timbuktoo user information, not just sensitive
information, is given restricted acces. Only Timbuktoo personnel who need the information to
perform a specific job (for example, our billing personnel or a customer service representative)
are granted access to personally identifiable information. Timbuktoo personnel must enter a
controlled password to access user information and must log out when their specific task
is completed.

Secure Storage of Data
Timbuktoo secures the physical safety of its servers by employing a proximity card access system
at our network operations center. The facilities are locked, the servers are behind locked cages,
and no unauthorized personel are permitted. In addition, our network operation center is
monitored 24 x 7 by security personel and electronic monitoring systems.
